In 2004, we obtained a Judgment totaling almost $3,000,000.00 against the Diocese of London in a ground-breaking case involving three brothers who had been abused by their former priest. The case garnered national attention and recognition for Ledroit Beckett in litigating on behalf of victims of sexual abuse across Canada.

Since then Ledroit Beckett has acted for 100s of other victims of sexual abuse in cases all over Ontario. We are the only law firm approved by the Provincial government as the representatives of the Victims's Group at The Cornwall Public Inquiry which is currently probing the institutional response to allegations of historical sexual abuse in Cornwall.
